We begun as a handicrafts shop
From that humble origin we grew and we committed ourselves to improve. In our 50 years of history we have become a company to consider in La Gomera. We have holiday lodgings and an essential visiting point in La Gomera, our PEG Los Telares, The Ethnographic Park of La Gomera.
Our history began in 1970. At that time start the touristic bus routes to La Gomera. The island, however, did not have a single location where visitors could admire and buy local handicrafts. And so Los Telares was born, as a place to discover the Gomeran culture and its products.

The Team
The gears of Los Telares are the people who work to be your best hosts on your vacation on the island of La Gomera.

Luisa
Daughter of the founder of Los Telares, she has followed the family tradition. She returned with her family from Tenerife to her hometown to take over Los Telares.

Carlos
Married to Luisa, he gave up his career as a musician and teacher to live in La Gomera. He makes sure that everything is impeccable together with our tireless maintenance department.

Ana
Our specialist in CRM and Quality. She is very busy with Facebook, Twitter, Blog, websites, reservations, and making sure everything goes perfectly before and after your visit.

Liz
Our head of reception. This Scot arrived by pure chance (or by destiny) to La Gomera, and once she arrived she didn’t want to leave anymore. In love with the Canarian culture and its people, she is an expert in Latin dances and loves hiking.

Lourdes
The Manager of The Ethnographic Park of La Gomera, PEG Los Telares. This tireless optimistic Andalusian is in charge of welcoming visitors to the Ethnographic Park and helping them have a fantastic experience.
