What personal data do we obtain? The data we process is obtained from the surveillance cameras installed for the security of the facilities.

What will we process your data for? We will process the data captured for the purposes of video surveillance and security of the facilities. How long will we retain your data? The data will be deleted within a maximum period of one month from the time it was captured, without prejudice to its retention for the periods stipulated by applicable legal provisions, such as for documenting acts that threaten the integrity of people, property, or facilities. Legal basis for the processing: The legal basis for processing the data captured through the video surveillance system is the legitimate interest in ensuring the security of the facilities.

Who can we communicate your data to? Your data will not be shared with third parties, except when required by law.

What are your rights? You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing your personal data and, if so, to access it. You may also request that your data be rectified if it is inaccurate or completed if it is incomplete, as well as request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Under certain circumstances, you may request the limitation of the processing of your data. In such cases, we will only process the affected data for the formulation, exercise, or defense of claims, or for the protection of the rights of others.
