The Volcanic Institute of The Canary Islands (INVOLCAN) has detected signals of an impending volcanic eruption this Friday at La Gomera. Scientifics say it will affect, mainly, the valley of Hermigua. According to said source, the phenomenon will be at its peak at night, and it has been therefore named “The night of The Volcanoes”. It won’t be destructive, but will be an explosion of culture, art, music, food, activities, volcanic tours, exhibits, conferences, etc.
