Legs up

This will improve circulation and allow your legs to recharge faster. Put them as far up as you can without putting tension to your abs.

Ice

Put some ice for relaxing and reducing swelling on the area directly after exercise. Apply not more than 20 minutes.

Cold shower

Turn your shower into a spa. But not a hot relaxing one, I am afraid. Finish with cold water directly on your legs with circular movements.
